1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IPROG SMS services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Important: By creating an account, accessing our API, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Services Provided
IPROG TECH provides an SMS (Short Message Service) API platform that allows users to send text messages programmatically. Our services include:
API Access
RESTful API endpoints for sending SMS messages
Dashboard
Web-based interface for account management
Documentation
Comprehensive API documentation and guides
Support
Customer support and technical assistance
Services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis at the rates specified on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Account Verification (KYC) Requirement
Important: Starting January 1st, 2026, account verification (Know Your Customer - KYC) is mandatory for all users to access our Services, including API access.
To comply with telecommunications regulations and ensure the security and integrity of our SMS services, all users are required to complete account verification. This verification process helps us:
3.1 Verification Requirements
To complete account verification, you must provide:
- • For Students: Valid identification, school/institution information, project details, and team member information (if applicable)
- • For Businesses: Valid identification, business registration documents, business information, and business owner contact details
- • SMS template information including header text, footer text, and sample message content
3.2 Verification Process
The verification process involves:
- • Submitting complete and accurate verification information through your account dashboard
- • Administrative review of your submitted information (typically within 2-5 business days)
- • Approval or rejection notification via email
- • Upon approval, automatic creation of SMS templates and activation of full service access
- • Automatic credit of 5 free SMS credits to your account as a verification reward
3.3 Access Restrictions
Before January 1st, 2026, verification is optional. Starting January 1st, 2026:
- • All API access requires approved account verification
- • Web dashboard access is restricted until verification is completed and approved
- • Only public pages and account verification pages remain accessible
- • Profile management remains accessible to allow users to complete verification
Failure to Complete Verification: Accounts that have not completed verification by January 1st, 2026, or have been rejected, will have limited access to our Services until verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply with verification requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of our Services and agree to use them in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
Violation Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Personal Information Collection
By using our Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform, including but not limited to:
- • Software, API endpoints, and technical documentation
- • Logos, trademarks, brand names, and visual designs
- • Text, graphics, images, and user interface elements
- • Website content, documentation, and marketing materials
are the exclusive property of IPROG TECH or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
7. Payment and Billing
Our Services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. You agree to the following payment terms:
Pricing
Fees are charged per SMS message sent at the rates specified on our pricing page. All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods
We accept payment through the methods specified on our platform. You must maintain a valid payment method on file.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Failed message deliveries due to carrier issues may be credited at our discretion.
Account Balance
You are responsible for maintaining sufficient account balance to cover your usage. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with insufficient funds.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
No Warranties: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Damages: IPROG TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.
Message Delivery: While we strive to ensure reliable message delivery, we do not guarantee that all messages will be delivered successfully or within a specific time frame. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and factors beyond our control.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination of Service
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in your dashboard.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- • Violate these Terms or any applicable laws
- • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
- • Fail to pay fees when due
- • Use our Services in a manner that threatens the security or integrity of our platform
- • Fail to complete required account verification (KYC) by the deadline (January 1st, 2026) or provide false or incomplete verification information
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Any outstanding fees remain due and payable. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
- • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- • Notify registered users via email for material changes
- • Display a notice on our website or dashboard
Continued Use: Your continued use of our Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Services and terminate your account.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
